Current status of project: We have finalized our decision to proceed with the double headband design and have chosen a reference design for our dry electrodes. Dr. Elbert informed us that we will not be able to 3D print the electrodes because polydimethylsiloxane, the polymer that we are planning to make the electrodes with, is a liquid at room temperature. Thus, we will have to find a different manufacturing process for the electrodes.
Work planned for next week: Look into different manufacturing for polydimethylsiloxane electrodes. Start Design Safe analysis of our device. Work on developing a CAD drawing of our device and the electrodes.
